With the aspirations of bringing alive the joy of customized travel and building a truly inspiring place to work, Varsha founded Trip Maddy in 2018. She is a Management Expert and acquires excellent  traits from planning to execution. She has spent a lot of time traveling around the world to get acknowledgment about cultures and pass experiences to the team members.   Her aim in founding Trip Maddy was to make travel experience hassle free and enchanting. As a director, she leads the company, defining our goals and directing the vision.

Having spent years in travelling, Rajat brings his deep knowledge, strong leadership skills and transformational mindset to the team. He believes that traveling and immersing oneself in diverse places and cultures is one of the most enriching experiences in life. He is passionate about recognizing and unlocking the potential in people — and using that potential to continuously raise the bar on individual, team, and business performance.

​Anubha has over a years of experience in digital and content marketing, product development and social media handling. She excels in work that requires creative and analytical approaches to solve problems. Her love for travel and new experiences brought her to Trip Maddy, where she manages the marketing department with her exceptional innovative ideas.

Vidushi has done MBA in Finance and she has spent years working with Top MNCs. She brings her in-depth experience in financial planning, financial analysis and strategic control to her role as a Financial Head. At Trip Maddy, she enjoys combining her passion for travel with her professional traits in finance.  

Shikha wanted to work in a role where she could indulge her love for traveling and people communication. Working at Trip  for over 5 years, she has been able to fulfill this dream and share her love for travel with our guests, being there to help them throughout their trip. As a Senior Trip Coordination Manager, she loves interacting with guests and ensuring that they return home with unforgettable memories of their trip.

Having spent three years with Trip Maddy, Vidhi always go an extra mile and ensure her guests have a trip of a lifetime. No matter where they are traveling to, Vidhi makes sure that every need of theirs is taken care of and they get to experience the holiday of their dreams. With a deep interest in history, culture, and the outdoors, Vidhi's travel list is a long one that keeps changing. The only constant is her love for travel and openness to experiencing new lands and ways of life.
